Produced by Nitanda Shoyu, a historic brewery in Nakatsu, Oita, with over 100 years of tradition. This premium citrus soy sauce features Kabosu, a specialty fruit of Oita Prefecture, blended with our signature two year aged soy sauce. We harmonize the refreshing acidity of local citrus with the savory depth of bonito and mackerel flakes, staying true to our artisanal brewing heritage.
