Nitanda Shoyu is a historic brewery in Oita with over 100 years of tradition. This premium sauce starts with our Three Year Aged Soy Sauce, brewed from local whole soybeans and wheat. We then infuse it with a natural smoky aroma, blending traditional long term aging with a modern flavor.
