This is a mildly spicy shichimi chili pepper blend that boasts a refreshing aroma and flavor, made with plenty of domestically grown yuzu citrus.
Using mild-flavored hon-taka chili peppers and blended with spices such as sansho pepper and aonori seaweed, it creates a yuzu shichimi with a gentle spiciness and flavor.
