The "Maiko-han Hii-Hii" Crazy Spicy Series.
This series blends domestic habanero with selected chili peppers, delivering a surprising balance of deep umami and a subtle fruity aroma. For this particular pork curry, we’ve used our intensely spicy "Maiko-han Hii-Hii Ichimi" as a secret ingredient.
The fiery heat is perfectly balanced by the natural sweetness of fruits and vegetables, finished with a powerful kick of garlic.
Ingredients: Pork (domestic), sautéed onions, apple puree, wheat flour, animal fat, sugar, grated garlic, carrot paste, dairy products, chili pepper (30% habanero), curry powder, salt, grated ginger, fruit wine, bay leaf, nutmeg / caramel coloring, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), flavoring (contains wheat, dairy ingredients, soybeans, pork, and apple)
