It is a generous blend of fragrant domestic sansho pepper and yuzu, as well as carefully selected spices from all over Japan,

"Maiko-han Hii-Hii Shichimi Togarashi" is a "crazy spicy" seven-spice blend made with domestically produced habanero peppers and several other types of chili peppers, and it also uses plenty of carefully selected domestic spices to create an exceptional flavor.
