We would like to inform you of an important update regarding shipping to the United States.
Following the US government's decision to end the de minimis exemption on low-value imports, Japan Post has announced that it will temporarily suspend certain shipments to the US, effective August 27, 2025.
As a result, we will be pausing our Free Shipping service on orders over $200.
However, customers with orders over $200 will still be able to use Express Shipping for a flat rate of $15.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause. At Otaku Pop Mall, our priority is to continue providing you with a smooth shopping experience, and we are committed to making ongoing improvements despite these challenges

Q1. Does this change affect orders I already placed?
A: If you placed your order before August 27, but your shipment is scheduled after that date, you will not be affected. Even if you selected ePacket Light as your shipping method, your order will be shipped via DHL or UPS at no additional cost.
Q2. Will shipping costs increase for all US orders?
A: Not for all. Orders under $200 will continue to have the same Express Shipping options as before. Only the Free Shipping benefit on orders over $200 is temporarily suspended.
Q3. Are there any changes to delivery times?
A: No major changes are expected at this time. Express Shipping (UPS/DHL/EMS) remains available and typically delivers within 3–10 business days.
Q4. Will Free Shipping to the US return in the future?
A: We hope so. We are closely monitoring Japan Post and US import regulations. As soon as conditions allow, we will reinstate Free Shipping.
Q5. Can I still track my package as usual?
A: Yes, all shipments include tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
